What makes me most happy at work is collaborating with a supportive team, solving meaningful challenges, and seeing the impact of the work delivered. I also value opportunities to learn, contribute ideas, and work in an environment that encourages professionalism and teamwork.

For most people, it starts with making tangible progress—seeing something move forward because of your effort. That could be solving a problem, closing a role, shipping a feature, or improving a process. Without that

A lot of people are leaving, and for good reason
Review from Customer Success Dept
In our process there is a lot of improvement was needed
Review from Operations Dept
Stop firing people that are actually useful, or at least replace them, so people staying don't burn out or leave the company in order to protect themselves
Review from Engineering Dept
Don't be superlative, don't exploit, give the talent at least a chance. Don't blackmail the people by their process
Review from Operations Dept
No body in the team listens or like ask about how people are.. they are always focused on work

There is different lifestyle across globe, please consider how the percentage and cutting amount will make issue to individual
Review from Operations Dept
There's a lack of recognition for teams that do the heavy lifting to retain clients and limited growth opportunities due to budget constraints. Improvement starts with fair compensation and fostering respect, especially for those from the acquisiton

management, management , management management

The direction of the company is 100% focused on new sales and the value we bring to customers is moving to the side and forgotten at times. Satisfaction drives sales, so high quotas that are unattainable (majority of Account Managers did not hit quota in ANY quarter) drive resentment.

Culture of micromanagement makes it very unenjoyable to be at work. Managers/executives also pressure us to make decisions that directly harm our customers.

More attention needs to be paid to the Services department - our feedback should be listened to regarding salaries, benefits, company direction and more respect and collaborative spirit should be shown from the sales/CS sides. We are often pressured to fit with deadlines set by them.

Compensation Better Communication on the outlook Include Team in change, not just top-bottom

Invest in your employees, promote diversity and actually work to diversity your leadership, research what the workforce actually wants in a company these days. Meltwater is so out of touch with the current workforce and what we want.

Work is not as important as life outside of work.
Review from Engineering Dept
Overwork that is not being paid (illegal in this country), promotion not much effective to the salary, thus job responsibilities expanding
Review from Customer Success Dept
Teams deliver excellent results for our customers, and see none of the benefits. I genuinely believe our leadership does not care that employees are suffering and resentful as long as they make money for private equity

The GPS cycle was perceived by many as inadequate and lacking fairness. It's crucial for future performance evaluation processes to be transparent, equitable, and inclusive, ensuring that all employees have a fair opportunity to demonstrate their contributions and growth
Review from Customer Success Dept
Not feeling challenged and stuck in the same old task oriented routine. Been doing this for so long in my field and had other expectations coming in and it doesn't seem to align yet. Hopeful that things will improve in time with the recent changes in place.
Review from HR Dept
I think programs and roles can be more structured, more trained and therefore more engaged. Feels like people are not being serious in you getting better

The industry, media intelligence/monitoring, is pretty interesting and is growing its fingerprint in the tech space. It's cool to be part of a growing industry with a recognizable brand name.
Review from Marketing Dept
Better management training and less "training on the job" for managers and individual contributors alike. Often I am taken to task for not knowing how to do something on software that I haven't been trained on.
