Meltwater's leadership team is incredibly hands-on and innovation focused. I personally observe them being actively involved in testing new features, caring even about seemingly small details, yet also having a great understanding of where the industry needs to go to.

Review from Engineering Dept
What I like best about the leadership team is their accessibility, professionalism, and willingness to stay engaged with the team. I appreciate leaders who encourage open communication, provide clarity on priorities, and create an environment where concerns and ideas can be discussed constructively.
Review from IT Dept
Transparancy and the culture are the best in the leadership team
Review from Sales Dept
Love the current momentum in the company with all the AI roll out.

More transparency and fairness on the GPS process (calibration), more honesty on the communication of process/org changes (no gloss on budget oriented decision)
Review from Engineering Dept
Everything, learn to acknowledge the employees knowledge and not to dwelve in politics and favourism
Review from Business Development Dept
I feel leaders should maintain open communication, offering guidance and support to ensure employees feel heard and understood.
Review from Engineering Dept
Value the employee by their knowledge and skill. not by their appearance and where they are from. Please let them know not to oppress people!
Review from Operations Dept
Understanding new hires and don't be like they are always right

Spend more time on career development and stop pressuring us when results are not there. Also set the example, you can't ask someone to do something that you're not doing yourself in terms of professional behavior (like presence in the office, or working hours)
Review from Sales Dept
need to concern about appraisal cycle
Review from IT Dept
engage with team . atleast talk about concerns. rather than indulging in politics and favoring

Leadership needs to better recognize teams like Premium Support, who do the real work to retain clients, rather than focusing on CSMs and Sales. There's little reward for those ensuring client success daily. Also, if budget is tight, spending on celebrity speakers raises questions about priorities.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Clear communication, making it clear that they care about employees other than just commercial roles. Hire more diverse leadership. Use less aggressive language when it comes to selling/beating out competition.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Listen!!!! Put employees first will drive more revenue to the company, putting them last will broke it.
Review from Customer Success Dept
well being at work, management
Review from Customer Success Dept
The leadership team needs to get in touch with their employees - do 1:1s to understand how people are feeling about their roles / goals. Right now, there is a hug disconnect between employees and leadership, which causes resentment to build up.
Review from Customer Success Dept
Culture of micromanagement seems to trickle down from the executive team. Compensation and benefits are also below industry average. RTO feels forced
Review from Customer Success Dept
Leadership needs to align their investments with their communicated strategic goals and listen to feedback from middle management. For example, Media Insights has been instructed to push consultative approach to media reporting, however we are not given an investment in skills and retention.
Review from Product Dept
Frequent Promotion Rounds (once a year not sufficient) Merit Increases Same care for colleagues of different departments (sales vs non-sales)
Review from Operations Dept
Actually invest in their employees and treat them like humans
