Spend more time on career development and stop pressuring us when results are not there. Also set the example, you can't ask someone to do something that you're not doing yourself in terms of professional behavior (like presence in the office, or working hours)

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our PTO policy is extremely flexible which I love. I also am on the health insurance due to their perks and rate for employees!

The culture is not encouraging; many of upper-level management is saying that we are working on development when their only goal is getting to quota for the bonus. We push our clients on tight timelines, making them make quick decisions and if not, we send the lowest option, which isn't good biz imo
