sometime i get feel this is low level of salary only, because the world is going high, one employee getting 28k in month how i run the family, children education and many other important things are there, so that still our organization consider the expensive society will give the empolyee salary.

What do you like best about your company?
The industry, media intelligence/monitoring, is pretty interesting and is growing its fingerprint in the tech space. It's cool to be part of a growing industry with a recognizable brand name.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Better management training and less "training on the job" for managers and individual contributors alike. Often I am taken to task for not knowing how to do something on software that I haven't been trained on.
