moderate only, so not much good thing, its naturally
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i am not much satisfied this, still many of them in our team who are taking responsibility improve our leadership skill.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
sometime i get feel this is low level of salary only, because the world is going high, one employee getting 28k in month how i run the family, children education and many other important things are there, so that still our organization consider the expensive society will give the empolyee salary.
