Commission being uncapped is the best for sure, you control your paycheck.

Over worked and under paid. Customer support is an incredibly important aspect of the company but it doesn't appear that others think so.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It is really intense and an all day event, where you have already put in time over the phone sometimes more than once. It is a group setting so is intimidating, but a great way to shine.
