What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The finance team in the US is a horrible place. There are many inefficient people and you would go 10 years back in your career. They have no ethical HR policies and support workplace harassment.

They would better to work on more balanced management rather than focusing on sales and revenues. They should be more responsive when it comes non-sales responsibilities.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They pay under market and don't value your experience or contributions. The stock options given are out the money already and there is no value in them. Benefits are poor and 401K matching is crappy.

No raise for over 3 years. Our compensation is actually reduced due to 6.2% inflation rate.

Bureaucratic people need to be removed. HR has to be made more ethical.

Benefits should share equally through out the company globally. At the moment, nobody knows what benefits there are and who is eligible for. No proper policies in certain areas, therefore it happens as approved by someone in higher position which doesn't seem like knowing/considering all effects.
