Open to feedback from all
Review from Product Dept
The MW leadership team is very much aligned on priorities and direction.
Review from Product Dept
They care about the people and the product. They know it, can use it and give great feedback on new development.
Review from Product Dept
They keep on analyzing us and guiding us.
Review from Product Dept
Leadership needs to align their investments with their communicated strategic goals and listen to feedback from middle management. For example, Media Insights has been instructed to push consultative approach to media reporting, however we are not given an investment in skills and retention.
Review from Product Dept
Operate more like a SaaS company and learn from others in the industry. We aren't the first that need to have a crisp vision, set objectives, priorities, and get out rapid delivery over time. But it seems like every year we are reinventing ourselves and struggle to keep focus over time.
Review from Product Dept
Focus, focus, focus. We do not have enough resources to complete the work that is being asked. We also aren't being given enough time to both build a feature, but also build it in a scalable and sustainable way.

Bonuses are paid quarterly and are challenging, yet achievable.

Fair to the market and bonus component is motivating
Review from Product Dept
They actually pay bonuses, don't just use them to attract new talent.
Review from Product Dept
The benefits are extremely valuable to us in countless ways, making them truly useful.
Review from Product Dept
I feel my salary is below market and I have no stock/equity like I might at many other SaaS companies.
Review from Product Dept
Yes I feel undervalued. If the compensation is raised based on the market value and based on the economy of the particular region, it will make me feel better
Review from Product Dept
I consistently give my full effort to deliver good-quality work and meet every deadline on time. However, I feel my current salary doesn’t reflect the level of dedication and hard work
Review from Product Dept
As responsibilities and expectations grow, I sometimes feel compensation does not fully reflect the scope of work and impact delivered. Regardless, I continue to give my 100% and am grateful for what I have today.
Review from Product Dept
I sometimes feel undervalued when my responsibilities and contributions are not fully reflected in my compensation. I consistently take on additional tasks, meet deadlines, and contribute to team goals, but I don’t always see that effort recogn
Review from Product Dept
The average tenure is about 7 years, yet the team is always very open to change.

The collaborative environment and challenging work.

Innovating and moving fast with new technology and ways of working
Review from Product Dept
More attention needs to be paid to the Services department - our feedback should be listened to regarding salaries, benefits, company direction and more respect and collaborative spirit should be shown from the sales/CS sides. We are often pressured to fit with deadlines set by them.
Review from Product Dept
Stronger alignment from top to bottom. Teams aren't supported as much as they should be based on what they are being asked to do. e.g. not enough resources, not enough focus, changes in focus, dictated solutions and not problems, etc. It's tough to actually deliver customer value in that environment
