I joined RingCentral directly out of college and cannot say enough positive things about the company. I feel like I've been spoiled in my experience with work, and I don't think I could ever leave!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
While my base salary is great, the stock options on top of that are a great additional bonus
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they value employees opinions and values, and are willing to implement those in the way the company runs and they way they treat employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all care about you as a person, my team is made up of people I would genuinely consider my friends not just my coworkers.
