Smartsheet: Best company I have worked for!
Noblis: I only joined 5 months ago but so far it has been fairly positive. The work life balance is what I was looking for at this stage in life. I'm curious about future opportunities for advancement with regard to the balance afforded those positions.
Noblis: My department works very well together and we support one another. We have a nice range of different and interesting projects. Sometimes there is a lot of work and hard to get a work/life balance.
Terracon: Overall, Terracon is great about keeping safety at the forefront. Terracon is also great about providing many training opportunities; however, expect to be managing projects with a couple years of experience with minimal pay and a title of field-staff level employee. Takes a while to move up.
Smartsheet: Smartsheet has been good to me over my 5 year employment period. They make it hard to leave, which is what a company SHOULD do for top performers
Vertafore: It's been a great experience. Regardless of what the future holds, it will always be a meaningful and positive experience to have worked with the organization
Vertafore: I have enough experience, with a variety of companies, to know this is a top notch company. I really enjoy the culture. I'm engaged, I bring ideas, get guidance from managers and mentors. Excited for what is next.
Cornerstone OnDemand: I am busy with my work and seems to have no shortage of work. Too aggressive schedule without proper budget and resources. We can make it better by optimizing team structure, by removing regional and product dependencies.
Vertafore: If I am going to work for a big business, I'm glad that it is a business like Vertafore. It generally feels as though they care about us and our customers.
Vertafore: It has gotten better over the years.
Vertafore: In 3 years I feel pretty good, my job is secure thru the pandemic, I like my boss and my coworkers and I enjoy my work.

Cornerstone OnDemand: Cornerstone has a great culture. My team gets along well and very supportive.
Vertafore: The benefits are good and the people are awesome. Most of my coworkers are extremely talented people that I really enjoy working with. My compensation and role-based growth hasn't budged in 2 years, leading to discouragement from me.
Vertafore: Its been a great year. Expectations have been clear and clearly communicated. I've enjoyed every team I've worked on. My managers have been supportive and understanding and truly care about me as a person.
Vertafore: Exciting opportunity to kick off my career- however, long term does not provide good growth opportunities for my role.
Vertafore: Since starting I have been given several opportunities to expand my knowledge and move around in positions to find the best fit for me. This is rare to find in companies.

Noblis: Overall, my experience is good. Like all companies, Noblis has room for improvement, such as hiring and retaining more minorities in senior level positions (CB5 and above).

We have managers that have a track record of developing successful employee-careers and in other cases we have managers that will limit growth to serve the needs of their projects.

Dyson: From initially being proud to work at Dyson, to in latter years being appalled in not being able to offer the service that had been the norm in my early years.
HealthMarkets: A huge mistake, I am successful without them and I keep my commissions.
Noblis: Working at Noblis is overall a good experience. I get to work with some very talented, competent people which reduces overall work stress quite a lot. I feel as though my salary is fair, although our bonus system is lacking.

Going about work is a bit disorganized and can be frustrating, but I've also been allowed to try to change/influence processes as much as I can. Compass: At the beginning, Compass seemed like an amazing place to work. That all changed once our exec team began to push going public down our throats and we began being treated like numbers instead of people. Leaderhsip is not transparent and uses the companies principles as excuses for poor decisions.

Noblis: I was nervous changing the jobs in the middle of the pandemic. Noblis made it easy! I would be working from home and my new team made the transition easy; from getting connected to meeting my team virtually to making real contributions. It was a great move and one I'd make again!
ZoomInfo: ZoomInfo has allowed me incredible career progression by consistently enabling me to take on roles with larger scopes. This has kept me engaged and driven to overcome new challenges while allowing me to develop into a better professional which will benefit me for the rest of my career.

Noblis: I work in the National Security/Defense space, and personally do not agree with some of the national and thus noblis priorities, so there's a personal tension there and difficulty in buying into the mission. But coworkers are goof and competent, the client is reasonable. It's a fine enough job.
