I love our product and believe in what we offer our customers. I get to work with customers each day and hearing their stories about Smartsheet make all the hard work I put into my job worth it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Since working from home I have mainly missed going into the office and interacting with my team. We are all so close and usually get happy hour once a week. I can't wait to go back to the office just so I can see them again!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being a person of color, I have never felt excluded or singled out at Smartsheet. Everyone is inclusive of color, age, sex, sexuality & more. We always have open conversations about the above and I can't imagine working at a company that doesn't strive to have this same work culture and environment
