The benefits are good and the people are awesome. Most of my coworkers are extremely talented people that I really enjoy working with. My compensation and role-based growth hasn't budged in 2 years, leading to discouragement from me.

Our team is extremely collaborative and overall good at communicating. We listen to each other and learn from each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't had any increase in compensation for almost 2 years. I also have not been promoted ever despite having met my goals and having more experience than the person currently above me. Sometimes it just feels like Veratfore doesn't want to invest into their current employees.
