When I started working for Vertafore over ten years ago, I started out at $15/hour. We are still starting employees at my location at the same rate. Pay scale needs to be reviewed!

I love most of my teammates. I really think that we work together, in the best interest of the customer, to get cases resolved in the quickest way possible. If someone is sick or out of the office, we are all willing to take cases and help out.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No one is sure of the direction of the company at this point. We all fear for our jobs and a lot of people are jumping ship. Management says one thing and then does another. Nothing is consistent. Not like it use to be. And is seems we are only hiring people to fill empty seats now a days.

1. Vertafore's AMS products #2 in the industry. There needs to be a commitment to developing the BEST AMS and committing resources to achieve that goal. Applied is kicking our butts. 2. Our Customer Service has a terrible reputation in the industry. A commitment to becoming #1 needs to be made.
