I know I am not paid fairly compared to others that perform the same functions on my team.

Pay - the Pulaski Support team has not had a cost of living raise in at least 15 years

They are trying to be diverse and inclusive but I feel like some of it is just a band-aid and not truly inclusive.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We are tired of hearing that our executive team has done a cost analysis and we are paid fairly. We need a raise.

When I started working for Vertafore over ten years ago, I started out at $15/hour. We are still starting employees at my location at the same rate. Pay scale needs to be reviewed!
