My coworkers need to be empowered to make decisions at their level. Some coworkers also need to acknowledge that what got us here won't get us there as I continue to hear comments like, "This is the way we've always done it."

I feel like this is the first company in a long time who has taken the time to understand me as a whole person. Everyone has each other's back. We all support each other. I love that this is a company where I feel like I can thrive because I can be myself.
