My direct manager and director fully understand the challenges of my job and really try to make it easier for us to do our jobs even when we don't agree with what they need us to do sometimes.

I don't believe we are comparable to others companies. When I was looking for a new job and they saw I was a senior the other companies were surprised at what I was asking for a salary. Thought I would be asking for more. I just wanted to be paid what I was here.
