Most of the people I work with are great, there are difficult people as well, but you'll find them anywhere. I like the PTO time I get, but I really wish I could work remotely, then the pay wouldn't bother me as much.

I believe compensation could be better and the bonuses can also be better. Although I guess we're lucky to even get a bonus.

I really hate working here but don't really feel I have gained any valuable qualifications to take elsewhere without lying and I can't do that. They told us that we could work from home and told us they would never take that away, but now they are.

It would be great to get better bonuses

They are thinking about changing the working from home policy, which is great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
For the team I'm on, positive recognition instead of always being blamed for stuff.
What makes you most happy at work?
I would love to work from home. I hate the drive. I do like seeing some of my co-workers day to day, but the drive is killing me.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know most people come to their job and do the best you can and I don't think I'm any better than them, but comparing to other companies I do believe I'm very underpaid.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a lot of meetings. Some seem to be effective, but others not. Some people just like to be in meetings all day, I'm not one of them. I'd like time to get my work done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't believe we are comparable to others companies. When I was looking for a new job and they saw I was a senior the other companies were surprised at what I was asking for a salary. Thought I would be asking for more. I just wanted to be paid what I was here.
