My only concern would be that the level of pay isn't in-line with other technology businesses when you look at overall performance.

Bright, hungry individuals who want to be successful in what they do and aren't happy sitting still doing the same thing and just collecting a paycheck.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong focus into redefining the company into a leader in a growth market while continuing to differentiate from the competition. Keeps us on the edge of what is possible while creating a challenger environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A chance to shape young careers. People are giving a lot of responsibility early on in their career and are given the tools to be successful with the people around them. If you are successful you will be recognised and rewarded.
