There has been a ton of change, but all in all, the change has been satisfactory. I have experienced a lot of opportunity for career growth, and I believe I am achieving my highest potential career-wise.

I have had ups and downs. I have felt stagnant at times and propelled forward in others. I have felt limited at times and empowered in others. I have felt marginalized at times and included in others. My experience overall in culmination is positive and full of passion and commitment.

My team is extremely committed to getting the job done and is great at collaborating across company functions and work streams.

There has been a recent shift in commitment to engage employees that has been wildly impactful. Employee leveling and compensation adjustments have not just been discussed, but executed and employee trust is growing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have experienced rapid growth at RDC, and I am grateful for that. I do think though that I am paid less than what I would be at a competitive company with the same title.
