The people! It's been great to have such a supportive team throughout 2020.

I really appreciate the open line of communication between leadership and employees. Our Directors are always transparent about goals, performance, and expectations.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are great people who push me to grow and challenge myself in the role. Also some of my dearest friends now!

Simple and without any trick questions

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Good opportunity to learn by doing and to see your accomplishments come to fruition if you're effective. Once I understood that expectations of knowledge didn't equal training to gain knowledge, it freed me from asking colleagues for help. There is some joy in completing daily self-assigned tasks.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The salary is pretty low compared to other SF companies
