What are some of the best things about your team?
We all grind together! We share ideas and successes. Each of us has a lot to go accomplish each month, and we're a supportive bunch.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm straight out of college, and I feel comfortable where I am financially, which is an absolute blessing especially considering many people can't say the same during this crazy time
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing success. I have good days and bad days. In my role, it's a numbers game, and I live for those numbers, and it's especially rewarding when I see it lead to closed revenue
What do you like best about the leadership team?
TACOS! It's not just a motto, it's a practice. I feel like I have insight into what is happening, which is not always a given. This has been especially awesome as we move toward IPO, where transparency is key
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
From the get go, I was always told that Qualtrics is hiring the best and the brightest. That's easy to say but hard to show, however I feel everyday that I'm working with truly awesome people who are going to do big things, which is incredibly motivating
