What is the best part about your compensation package?

Highly competitive pay from the start, great benefits, generous stock options.

The somewhat recent introduction of bi-annual "performance pay increases" are great and really reduce the pressure that existed before to get promoted explicitly to make more money.

Sufficient PTO and they work with great insurance providers

Free health care. The other stuff is great (3% 401K, Equity, lots of PTO), but it's nice not to have to worry about that.

Having company equity is the best part but there are so many other amazing benefits too like an automatic 3% contribution to your 401K from the company, 100% coverage on health insurance premiums and very competitive pay.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No negotiation and tricky hiring process. Pay is not as competitive as I'd like.

There are no true annual raises. Compensation is relatively low even for external hires to high level roles. To just understand why we have the level of slaray we do compared to other companies like us would be a start to make us feel better about compensation.

The recruiters were very helpful and responsive. They did a great job helping me stay informed and answering my questions. I was also extremely impressed with the caliber of people interviewing me across the whole organization. That is one of the things that sold me on Qualtrics.

I enjoyed being able to take a tour of the facility both during the interview process and after. I enjoyed how during the second tour, I was able to speak with the managers and ask them anything I wanted.
