It's been really confusing and overall pretty negative, but it seems to plateau every once in a while. I generally don't feel like I can leave because over the time I've spent here I've only built skills for working in this product.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Honestly I don't have anyone that does what I do so I don't really feel like I have coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting a project to work - once I've ironed out the bugs and it all runs the way I expect, it's great.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It seems pretty great for outgoing, extroverted people. So I guess the answer is me, because I am neither of those things.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The somewhat recent introduction of bi-annual "performance pay increases" are great and really reduce the pressure that existed before to get promoted explicitly to make more money.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are definitely very flashy, but not in a bad superficial way. They have a lot of big ideas and are able to communicate those ideas very well.
