
Honestly I don't have anyone that does what I do so I don't really feel like I have coworkers.
Getting a project to work - once I've ironed out the bugs and it all runs the way I expect, it's great.
It seems pretty great for outgoing, extroverted people. So I guess the answer is me, because I am neither of those things.
The somewhat recent introduction of bi-annual "performance pay increases" are great and really reduce the pressure that existed before to get promoted explicitly to make more money.
They are definitely very flashy, but not in a bad superficial way. They have a lot of big ideas and are able to communicate those ideas very well.
