Internalize TACOS and follow through on them......employees are afraid to speak up on some of their issues, they staying because of notion of potential IPO..... take advantage of the oppty to make this an even greater global company as you grow

The compensation package is generous

I don't have to worry about it. Nearly all my needs are met, so I don't spend very much time worrying if something will be taken care of (I am a generally healthy person with no pre-existing conditions, but I do have children, if that context helps)

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In Utah, specifically, the cost of living is rising rather quickly and I don't feel like the salary structure has adjusted to reflect that.

Inspirational CEO. Mixed on leadership team, some with big ego's which impact the "One Team" principle and generally a lack of accountability on typical corresponding bad behaviors that are not productive. Young and smart employees. Growing company.
