Qualtrics has treated me very well, and in terms of my pay/benefits I feel they have been more than fair. I do not worry I am being taken advantage of. I have been given meaningful projects and tasks that have been picked for my skills and developmental goals.

Friendliness. Most people I talk with are friendly and happy to be working here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are excited to see Qualtrics continue to grow, and they remain obviously passionate about the business

When I have the time to do what I need to do well. Work is gratifying when I can really focus and enjoy what I am doing
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are all motivated individuals that want to see projects succeed. I work with some of the smartest people around. I learn from them all the time.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have to worry about it. Nearly all my needs are met, so I don't spend very much time worrying if something will be taken care of (I am a generally healthy person with no pre-existing conditions, but I do have children, if that context helps)
