Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In Utah, specifically, the cost of living is rising rather quickly and I don't feel like the salary structure has adjusted to reflect that.

Inspirational CEO. Mixed on leadership team, some with big ego's which impact the "One Team" principle and generally a lack of accountability on typical corresponding bad behaviors that are not productive. Young and smart employees. Growing company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Qualtrics offices are amazing. Very deliberate design and compelling perks. Great daily food and snacks, comfortable hangout spaces, and design-forward collaboration spots.
