Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I were paid appropriately for the level of responsibility and risk that I manage. It's clear that compensation makes decisions in a nutshell since most teams feel similarly that employees are not paid fairly in the market.

We always back each other up. Leadership has been non-existent for our team over the last 6 months and we've gotten closer as we've had to support and promote each other in order to cope with the work stress and volume of activities our teams see regularly. We really are One-Team

Qualtrics focuses on work life integration. We bring our whole selves to the office and are encouraged to participate as a full human being in the work we do across all departments. It feels like family. Q is always providing perks like free food, concert tickets, Q-events, and a trendy work space

Too much work, not enough support. Leadership is wildly out of touch and the working teams are the only ones keeping things moving despite the unrealistic asks thrown at everyone.
