Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It's been an amazing learning experience and I've been challenged more than any other company I've worked at. The leadership team makes reckless decisions without understanding the full picture which drives a ton of unnecessary work and effort on the working teams.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We're all so willing to help each other. We really are one team.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Focus less on expansion and growth and focus more on retention and sustainability

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The benefits are really good - far better than any other company that I've worked for.

What makes you most happy at work?

Having a team that always has your back but also makes you laugh when you need it.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They're extremely transparent and down to earth which helps the employees feel more connected to the overall company goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We work together so well across all of the functions. No area of the business is any less important than another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Feedback is always encouraged - we're not always listened to but at least we have the channel to provide our voices.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much work, not enough support. Leadership is wildly out of touch and the working teams are the only ones keeping things moving despite the unrealistic asks thrown at everyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If I were paid appropriately for the level of responsibility and risk that I manage. It's clear that compensation makes decisions in a nutshell since most teams feel similarly that employees are not paid fairly in the market.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We always back each other up. Leadership has been non-existent for our team over the last 6 months and we've gotten closer as we've had to support and promote each other in order to cope with the work stress and volume of activities our teams see regularly. We really are One-Team
