They are very transparent and try to communicate clearly and early. Employees have LOTS of opportunities to ask questions about how things are going, where things are going, why decisions got made a certain way, etc. A good employee experience is very, very high on their list of priorities.

The senior leadership team is doing the bare minimum to retain employees to maximize revenue. Stop doing that.

The pay here is great!

long term incentives are signaling that senior leadership is doing the minimum to take care of employees so that too many don't leave.

They are very well experienced guys and I have a lot of areas to increase my skills based on theirs hints

Company understands that people have different needs and responsibilites. For instance, I love, that people can come to office with dogs

The culture is one of doing your best, but people and managers are very aware that everyone has personal lives and families. While people are expected to drive hard, they aren't expected to sacrifice personal or family time. The company even makes time in the workday for diversity discussion groups.

That you have a few different interview meetings, which check different area and that one bad meeting doesn't break your chances
