Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
long term incentives are signaling that senior leadership is doing the minimum to take care of employees so that too many don't leave.

Qualtrics is not like gitlab where pay is connected with cost-of-living. We have absolutely crazy pay levels in Seattle and much lower in other locations. Yet, we all worked remotely for last year and a half. This doesn't make much sense.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Everyone is super opinionated at Qualtrics, which is good and bad. Could create a lot of friction. The dev culture is not very great. There is lack of enough industry experience and they do not follow industry standard of coding and design.

Diversity at Qualtrics could stand to gain /a lot/ - Qualtrics has Diversity & Inclusion goals we're working towards, but refuses to go out of it's way to specifically recruit minorities (such as recruiting at all-women colleges or HBCUs)

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The One-Team aspect is my favorite. It doesn't feel like a collection of departments at odds with each other. When one team succeeds we ALL succeed, and are happy to go out of our way to help other teams succeed.

The challenges we face at Q are some of the hardest in the industry. Getting to solve problems that not many have solved is really fun!
