I get to work with some of the best engineers in the industry. There's always an opportunity to learn!

They are clear, transparent, and quick to bring up topics on everyone's mind, no matter how controversial or inconvenient.

So many things! The experience bonus given to all employees would have to be up there, along with the wellness reimbursement program!

Our company values help guide our culture, and being all-in means that those values are reflected in how teams and people interact with one another.

The challenges we face at Q are some of the hardest in the industry. Getting to solve problems that not many have solved is really fun!

I work with some of the best professionals in the industry! I get so many opportunities to learn and grow, while contributing meaningfully to the work our team does.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The One-Team aspect is my favorite. It doesn't feel like a collection of departments at odds with each other. When one team succeeds we ALL succeed, and are happy to go out of our way to help other teams succeed.
