We rarely miss. It's difficult to get in, so we're more likely to decline good people than we are to accept bad ones.
Transparency and trust. I like that I come to work knowing where the company is going and I just have to plug into it.
Free health care. The other stuff is great (3% 401K, Equity, lots of PTO), but it's nice not to have to worry about that.
