Atlassian: The interview was pretty tough, it required a good deal of research and prep work to prepare. At the end of the day, however, it was more about showcasing your way of thinking. Culture is big here, Atlassian is all about protecting it. Part of the process also involved evaluating goodness of fit.

The Nature Conservancy: My overall experience is that TNC hires people and then doesn't manage them. Staff can be absolutely terrible (one is being sued by the IRS and neighbors but leadership doesn't seem to care) without any internal remediation.

The schedule will leave put a 40 minute drive in between people which would technically leave you 20 minutes to see someone. Often no lunch or toileting, & call to say late.

RingCentral: My onboarding was poor as it was managed by other contractors who were on their way out of the company. The prior Director was not very involved in providing direction as she was departing the company. The new Sr. Director seems sharp.

RingCentral: Aside from the basic salary and account incentives, nothing else stands out. Your workforce management is too incompetent to be even considered one of the main pillars of this account. They don't even know how to correctly do forecasting and assigning break schedules.
