My onboarding was poor as it was managed by other contractors who were on their way out of the company. The prior Director was not very involved in providing direction as she was departing the company. The new Sr. Director seems sharp.

I am a contractor paid through an agency. I would like to be consider to be a direct contractor or an FTE with benefits and bonus opportunity.
