I like what I am doing, that helps me enjoy my work. the negative part is there are no leaders in our team that motivates me to look up to. Also ti get approvals from the management is a ridiculous process that we have to go to. Due to our dept. management laziness we are made to work more.

What I do . I enjoy my work and I take my role serious.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With today's cost of living in the bay area I would expect to be paid much higher.
