Tangoe Inc: Under market scale for current position/experience by about $8K. Healthcare benefits are too expensive/coverage is sparse with very high deductibles. Bonuses are once per year for the same amount that 10 years ago would be a quarterly bonus.
Bluestem Brands: Transparency when delivering news to staff.
Compass: It is very rewarding and sometimes challenging
