Zumiez: Its nice to meet new people and be around people my age (19) but overall the pay is very low and the amount of hours you get is based on how well you preform (spc). They don't distribute hours equally, my case it was 16 hours at first, became a steady 4-9 hours max and was the same case for others

The Wonderful Company: High turnover. New employees are not set-up to win. Long term employees intentionally complain about new employees to get rid of them for "job security." Managers are unaware and dont care. You will just be another number to be replaced in two years or less.

Burns & McDonnell: Working on several different projects is quite the experience. I look forward to work every day. Developing plans and schedules for groups of employees is a great experience.
Enbridge: The people you work with on a daily basis are amazing and generally hardworking, albeit a bit burnt out. The corporate culture focuses on the bottom line and people are viewed as disposable. HR is there to serve the company and are unprofessional. A lot of poor management who use scapegoating.
