UT is a good company to work for, but my department has suffered from poor leadership on multiple levels, and unfair treatment. Different employees are treated differently based on the supervisor's like or dislike rather than work ethic, communication, and positive provider feedback

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The one coworker I can rely on

What makes you most happy at work?

Not having to interact with negative and lazy coworkers

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Supervisor (lead team member) does not meet expectations as a leader

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Work as a team, communication, taking responsibility for their duties, as well as failure to meet expectations expected of others

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My lack of experience is way much heavier than my education and certification. Although I am the only back office staff member with a degree and national certification, I am paid significantly less than those without even a state level certification, and no other back office staff has a degree
