The leadership team has set an inclusive, positive tone that has spread throughout the organization. They lead by example and encourage others to do the same.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While not necessarily part of the compensation package, the ability to work from home is incredible. Given that I do not live in the Dallas area, I would not have been able to become part of the One AP family if the company had not embraced a "work from anywhere" mentality.
