My team is inclusive and encouraging. It didn't take long before I felt like I belonged, even though we've never met in person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Upstander initiatives are something that I talk about with my wife, family, and friends at least once a week. That AP treats this as part of our work is a blessing and it's important.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like making people happy. When I provide for a team member, it brings me joy to know that I've lifted some load from their shoulders and reinforced trust between them and the partners they're working with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my immediate manager to my VP and CAO, there is genuine care for my growth and mental health as well as a vocalized appreciation for my work. I'm constantly reinvigorated by what they do and say to make it clear to me that they believe I belong here.
