Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that higher degrees and certifications should be valued enough to receive a stipend or a raise or some type of pay incentive.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our team has minimal interaction with each other on a daily basis. Sometimes none at all which is sad. I wish there was more of an effort to build the camaraderie, especially since we are virtual.
