I have been at AP for 10 months and have enjoyed every step of the way. I look forward to being here for many years. The one area I would like to see changed is to start the new year off with a week of PTO and accrue some each pay period rather than just accruing. Hard for newcomers.

I came in at an entry level and have been promoted 3 times in 2 years. All of my managers have encouraged this and have supported me in the process. I am so thankful for that.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers shoukd make quite a bit more than hourly employees. I don't belive the gap is wide enough.

The most positive thing about AP culture is the encouragement from leadership to increase our skills and move to other departments or roles if we want.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy that my leadership acknowledges my skills and abilities. Leaders at previous jobs kept me in a box and did not allow me to grow.
