Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
My overall experience here at AP is positive. The work is challenging. Our remote first approach is the best part. We have made a way to work form home and still be connected to many people around the world all at the same time.

They way they trust us to do what we need to do to meet our objectives with no micromanagement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "adult" environment/culture we have. You're an adult, so act like one. As an adult, you will be treated as such.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people, hands down. Many of us understand that we spend most of our time with each other. So we work hard and connect on a personal level.
What makes you most happy at work?
that I am working from home. I got 2 hours a day of my life back due to the remote first policy. I am married with 4 children, all of which are in school.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The ELT team? I like how more involved this group seems to be with being visible in the entire company. I like how they got us to working with proper budgets. I like their transparency.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home and what that affords me in my personal life. I no longer drive an hour to and an hour home from work. That's 2 more hours a day I am able to spend with my family.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make a positive impact with my employees, both personally and professionally. People don't care what you know until they know that you care. I start there and then take time to invest in them to help improve performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has a great level of support for one another. They do not hesitate to take care of one another when needs arise. They are very selfless. We connect with each over our personal lives. We constantly share what's going on with each other.
