I have really enjoyed working at AP because I love and appreciate my coworkers and the company culture is strong and improving. I'm a member of a team that is a little smaller than others, though, and it can be tough to feel recognized across the company and from other teams for the work we do.

The leadership team does make an obvious effort to address the desires and concerns of employees (from Peakon surveys).

I love the diversity and inclusion efforts, including the committees and their work as well as recent Upstander Initiatives.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love recognition from managers (not specifically coworker kudos or anything, but specific and personal encouragement from my superiors).
