I am committed to the mission and the success of AP and our partners. I would like to see more time devoted to training. We are in such a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment that when new initiatives occur we don't provide the adequate structure and training for a less stressful onboarding.

When our hard work is revealed in personal development, positive growth and results. When we are complimented for a job well done. Mentoring others to develop and succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Town Halls have been much more explicit about where we are and where we are heading. I like that very much in our new CEO. Very genuine discussion and he's involving other leaders that we never saw previously.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A larger increase annually that is commiserate with the work we do daily, weekly, monthly. Or some sort of bonus structure that aligns with our accomplishments. Many added Saturday's. Many extended days. With so many starts per year we can never catch our breath and obtain balance.
