Its great working for NewCo. I have been with the company for 10+ years and i believe we are heading in the right direction.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are amazing, i enjoy working with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy working remote and I love the education benefits.

Tuition reimbursment, however it should expand beyond our partners and programs.

I enjoy working with my direct manager, he doesn't micromanage me and trust me to do my job.

They are all hard working, dedicated employees that truly want to see AP continue to excel, I enjoy working with them daily.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that we have a safe space to share our ideas, we have built a culture of innovation, so we have the ability to think outside the box to create new processes without being judged
