I have been with this company longer than any other company. I love it and I love working here. It is a fantastic place to work and even though it is remote, you are still able to bond with coworkers.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love being here however I would like more time off to decompress. Speaking with students all day is draining work and we need more time to recover from that. I love the people and I think we are working to improve any complaints I may have. The ELT team is amazing!

My pay is excellent and medical is good.

The positivity and general care and concern for others.

We care about students and each other. We are always encouraging one another to do better.

Having a great conversation with a student while also being able to help them in some way.

When I get to help a student with a complicated question or I solve a problem for the team.

They are transparent and really care about the employees and being fair. They make themselves available to us to ask important questions.

They are open to change and while they care about growth, they also clearly care about all of the employees within the company. They are transparent and communicative about changes and what is going on with the company as a whole.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are hard working and also know how to have a good time. Even though we are remote, there is still a closeness to us. I feel like they are my work family and I've never met most of them in person.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The shared encouragement. The leaders and managers are excellent about focusing on the positive and what we are doing right. And when there is an adjustment that needs to be made on my end, we discuss how I can fix it. My manager doesn't just constructively criticize, he helps me correct them.
