so far it has been a great job and has made positive changes to make my role better. I am very satisfied with promotional opportunities and the pay. Long hours sometimes and wished we had a 1/2 hour lunch pay option or better yet 1 hour paid lunch to reduce the day and times we work

The Transparency and the attempt to meet the needs of the employees with changes and no hidden agendas

We are all respectful and caring of each other. We help each other out and not in competition.

Working remote - no pressure from upper management - helping students to advance their education and reach goals. Acknowledgements to good work
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The paid holidays and yearly increases. Work load is what is not considered in individual pay. Some teams work harder than others but same pay scale
