Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The undervalue is solely connected to my concern regarding my salary. I've shown my commitment and willingness to go above and beyond in each role I've obtained. I would feel appreciated and valued if my salary and annual increase matched the amount of work I commit to on a daily basis.
