The Leadership team generally does a good job of displaying Transparency, Responsiveness, and Accountability
The team is supportive, engaged in each other's well being, and does what they can to help make work a better place to be.
There does seem to be a real and substantive concern about the well being and experience of the majority of the company from the executive level.
the fact that there is coverage for mental health as well as physical health, even if less than it perhaps could be is still a step in the right direction.
